Description

LFPROXY_CPS8 reports whether labor force information was collected from the individual respondent, a proxy, or a combination of respondent and proxy.

LFPROXY_CPS8 was drawn from the final CPS interview, conducted 2-5 months before the ATUS interview. Proxy reporting is not permitted in the ATUS interview.
