Description
WRKFLEXINPUT reports whether the respondent has any input into the hours that they begin or end work, or if the employer decides. This variable is only available for respondents who reported that they did not have flexible work hours that allow them to vary their work schedule (see WRKFLEXHRS).
WRKFLEXINPUT was gathered as part of the Leave Module of the ATUS interview. Analyses that include WRKFLEXINPUT should use LVWT as the weight.
