Description

WRKFLEXADV reports how far in advance the respondent knows their work schedule. If the respondent reported that they have a set work schedule, their response was recorded as "4 or more weeks."

WRKFLEXADV was gathered as part of the Leave Module of the ATUS interview. Analyses that include WRKFLEXADV should use LVWT as the weight.
