Description
WRKFLEXPOL reports whether the respondent's work schedule is part of a formal, written program or policy offered by their employer or if it is an informal arrangement. This variable is only available for respondents who reported that they have flexible work hours that allow them to vary their work schedule (see WRKFLEXHRS).
WRKFLEXPOL was gathered as part of the Leave Module of the ATUS interview. Analyses that include WRKFLEXPOL should use LVWT as the weight.
